The space
This home is located just a few minutes from Opito Bay. It has lovely views over Te Puna Inlet off two decks and wonderful native bush views off another for you to enjoy alfresco dining.
The upper level is where you will find the kitchen, dining area and lounge which open up onto the two decks.
A few steps down you will find the toilet and main bedroom. It has a queen size bed and an ensuite as well as it's own deck over looking the inlet. There is also heat pump to ensure you sleep in comfort.
The second bedroom is on the lower level which contains a queen size bed also has a small deck and heat pump.
The third bedroom contains two king single beds which can be pushed together.
There is a family bathroom located on this level for all to use.
The fourth bedroom with ensuite is located off the attached garage and has it's own deck overlooking the native bush.
There is also a separate office with a built in desk in case you need to sneak a bit of work in.
The property consists of two acres of native bush where you can hear bird life including tuis during the day and kiwis at night.
There is ample parking for a boat and there are two boat ramps only minutes away. The cruising club is where you can enjoy a wonderful meal and drinks with beautiful water views just one minute drive down the road.
Opito Bay is a lovely safe beach with a less than a five minute drive.
